The provincial government is earmarking $600,000 to support community arenas and pools affected by the pandemic.
The funds will be divvied up to help offset additional expenses and lost revenue that occurred due to the pandemic.
One-time grants of up to $10,000 will be available to those eligible for funding.
A special assistance grant application, which can be found through the Department of Environment, Climate Change and Municipalities, is required.
