The provincial government has issued an advisory for recent travellers in the wake of a recent positive case of COVID-19.
The Department of Health and Community Services is asking passengers who travelled on WestJet Flight 3428 from Halifax to St. John’s arriving on Thursday, November 26, to call 811 to arrange for COVID testing.
Even if the test results are negative, Public Health officials are encouraging all passengers to continue monitoring for symptoms for a full 14 days from the time of their arrival.
