RCMP say alcohol is suspected in a two-vehicle collision on the Veteran’s Memorial Highway near Tilton Tuesday evening.
Police were called to the scene around 7 p.m. RCMP say the driver of one of the vehicles, who suffered minor injuries in the crash, showed signs of impairment.
He was taken to hospital for treatment and a blood demand was issued by police.
RCMP are awaiting the results of the blood analysis to determine if charges are warranted.
