RCMP say there are no other suspects in the ongoing investigation into a sequence of events on the Southern Shore last week that included the murder of a 41-year-old man in Renews.
The accused, 26-year-old Brandon Noftall is scheduled to appear in court Wednesday on a long list of charges including second-degree murder, two counts of assault, assault with a weapon, uttering threats, and attempting to strangle, choke or suffocate.
RCMP say the investigation is ongoing—and as the case is now before the courts, they cannot shed any further light on what may have transpired overnight Thursday.
