Thirty-three-year-old Henoche died while in custody in November of last year. He was awaiting trial in connection with the murder of 88-year-old Regula Schule in Happy Valley-Goose Bay.
Henoche’s death was ruled a homicide.
Lawyer Bob Buckingham, who represents Henoche’s family, says at least six people have been suspended in connection with the incident, and he believes more arrests are likely.
