RNC are searching for a man who is very familiar to many in the province. 35-year-old Phillip Pynn of Mount Pearl is wanted on an arrest warrant.
Police say Pynn has been charged with theft and failure to comply with a court order as the result of a recent theft at an east end St. John’s business.
Investigators are asking people not to approach Pynn if he is seen in the community.
