A well-known retired Royal Newfoundland Constabulary officer has passed away.
Joe Gullage, who advanced to the rank of Acting Inspector before his retirement in 2018, passed away on Monday after a brief battle with cancer. He was 64 years old.
Gullage had a 41-year career with the Constabulary.
