There were no injuries, but three people have been displaced following a house fire this morning in Summerford on New World Island.
A couple and their teenage son are staying with relatives and are being provided with some assistance by the Canadian Red Cross for food, clothing and other basic items.
The fire broke out this morning at 8:00 on Barrack’s Road.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
