A young person is dead and another was injured following an ATV crash in Hampden last night.
Deer Lake RCMP were called around 8:20 after paramedics attended the scene of the crash on Elms Place in Hampden.
RCMP say their investigation revealed that an ATV with two people on board left the main road and rolled down over an embankment onto Elms Place.
One person died at the scene while the other young person received minor injuries.
The ATV was seized and the investigation continues.
There have been three fatal ATV crashes in provincial RCMP jurisdiction so far this year.
