Another ship has anchored in Conception Bay due to a COVID-19 outbreak on board.
There are five new confirmed cases among the crew members—one of whom is in hospital in St. John’s.
The remainder of the crew are isolating on the ship, and Public Health says there is no risk to the community.
That brings to 20 the total number of active cases in the province, including 14 crew members on board the Iver Ambition, another ship which has been anchored in Conception Bay for over a week.
