A woman who ran for the NDP in the last two provincial elections is trying to win a seat on St. John’s City Council.
Jenn Deon, who was in the news this summer as part of a special event at the Royal Canadian Legion to recognize veterans from WWII, plans to run in ward one.
Municipal elections are scheduled for the last week of September
