A number of local businesses and business leaders will be recognized  at the annual Turning the Tide Marine Industry Awards in St. John’s on Thursday, September 16.

Honoured this year are: A. Harvey and Company with the Industry Leadership and Excellence Award, Bruce Wareham will receive the Industry Lifetime Achievement Award, the International Grenfell Association’s Mission Medical Vessels are being recognized with the Award of Historical Marine Significance, Genoa Design receives the Innovation Leadership Award, and Melissa Williams is being honoured with the Next Wave Leadership Award.

The industry awards gala takes place at the St. John’s Convention Centre in St. John’s.
