A 59-year-old man has been charged with sexually assaulting a resident of a personal care home in Labrador.
RCMP in Mary’s Harbour arrested Chesley Piercy on Monday night after receiving a complaint from the home where Piercy worked.
He’s been charged with one count of sexual assault, and was released on conditions with a court date on November 30th.
Police say they’ve also been advised that Piercy no longer works at the home.
