Man Charged in Craigmillar Avenue Shooting Granted Bail

The man charged in connection with second-degree murder in the July 2020 shooting death of James Cody on Craigmillar Avenue in St. John’s has been granted bail.

Justice Kate O’Brien imposed strict conditions on the release of Kurt Churchill.

A trial date has not yet been set.
