A food drive is taking place today at numerous locations in the metro area in support of the Salvation Army food bank.
The drive is being put off by the Rotary Club of St. John’s Northwest and Prince of Wales Collegiate.
Donations will be accepted at the following Sobeys locations: Ropewalk Lane, Torbay Road, Howley Estates, Kelsey Drive and Paradise. As well, donations can be made at the Colemans in Mount Pearl.
Volunteers will be at those locations to accept donations from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. today.
