The Pharmacists’ Association of Newfoundland and Labrador has honoured some of its own.
The Pharmacist of the Year Award went to Jennie Hoddinott of Valu Pharmachoice in Paradise, while Hospital Pharmacist of the Year is Natalie Batten of Eastern Health.
The Pharmacy Team of the Year award went to Lawtons Drugs Wedgewood Pharmacy in St. John’s; the Health Sciences Centre Oncology/Hematology team received the Meritorious Service Award; with the Honorary Life Award going to Brenda Bursey of St. John’s.
Melissa Keiley of St. John’s received the Ralph J. Harris Future of Pharmacy Award, which is presented to a pharmacy student.
