Harbour Grace RCMP have identified the owner of a pickup truck involved in a hit and run in Carbonear over the weekend, but are still looking for the driver.
The incident happened at 3 p.m. Saturday in the parking lot of the Subway on Columbus Drive.
A 27-year-old woman was hit and was transported to hospital as a result.
The truck, a grey Toyota Tundra, and its registered owner have been identified.
Police have released an image of the vehicle in an attempt to identify the driver.
It partially shows the person behind the wheel, who is wearing an orange, high visibility jacket.
