A local signage company is giving a boost to the hospice campaign in Grand Falls-Windsor.

The Lionel Kelland Hospice “Every Moment Matters” campaign has received a donation from EC Boone Ltd. in the form of advertising space on digital billboards in cities and towns across the island.

The Lionel Kelland Hospice will allow people to spend their final days in comfort with family and friends at no cost.

David Boone, owner of family-operated EC Boone, believes the Hospice cause to be an important one, noting that the company is humbled to support the establishment of the first hospice in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Construction is set to begin early in the new year.
