Those without a family doctor in the metro area are being invited to register for two new Collaborative Team Clinics opening in the St. John’s region in the new year.

People are being asked to register online or by phone.

Once a patient is connected to a clinic, then care will be provided through a team of healthcare providers including physicians, nurse practitioners, social workers, pharmacists and dieticians, depending on the service the patient needs.

People who wish to register multiple family members will be provided with a reference code that can be entered on additional registration forms.
