Earlier today Bridges to Hope Manager Jody Williams was presented a cheque for $25,000, which will go towards their efforts to address food insecurity in the provinces.

Williams says he was “overwhelmed with emotion” while receiving the donation.
He says the money is a “Christmas miracle.” He says the cost of fruits and vegetables is expected to increase next year, so the money will go a long way in addressing the anticipated increased need.
