MusicNL has an update on financial relief for musicians hit hard by the latest wave of the pandemic.
Many performances, some a year in the making, have been scrubbed and bars and lounges, some of the main venues for entertainment, are closed until further notice.
MusicNL is offering relief to those working in the sector who had to cancel scheduled work in December, due to Newfoundland & Labrador moving to Alert Level 3.
They’re providing a 50 per cent relief subsidy of proven cancelled work up to a maximum of $500 until funds run out.
