Newfoundland and Labrador is reporting another record daily COVID case count with 349 cases reported since yesterday.
199 cases are in the Eastern Health region, 53 are in Central Health, 22 are in the Western Health region and 66 are in Labrador-Grenfell Health.
There are also nine cases that are the result of testing conducted by a private lab.
One person is in hospital.
That brings to 1428 the total number of active cases in the province. Public Health is encouraging those experiencing even one symptom not to assume it’s a cold, and to get tested.
