A 22-year-old man has been charged following an assault in CBS on Friday night.
At around 10:00 p.m. officers responded to a report of an assault in progress.
The man was arrested and charged with common assault.
Police say the accused and the victim were known to each other, with the victim suffering minor injuries.
The man was held to appear in court.
