A 62-year-old Corner Brook man is drug charges following the seizure of drugs and cash from a home on Pleasant Street.
Members of the RCMP-RNC Joint Force Operation West entered the home on Wednesday and seized six ounces of cocaine, one and a half pounds of illicit cannabis, a quantity of cash, an imitation firearm, and some knives and machetes among other items.
The man was arrested and is scheduled to appear in court in July on a charge of possession for the purpose of trafficking in cocaine. The police investigation continues and further charges are anticipated.
