The Conservation Corps of Newfoundland and Labrador is involved in a new Green Team restoration project in the area of the Waterford Watershed.

The Waterford Green Team is working with the Conservation Corps’ Waterford Watershed Coordinator Sabina Akhter on a series of activities along the river’s 15 kilometres.

They include cleanups, and the identification of certain issues that could negatively affect the river, its habitats, and ecosystems.
