The Teamsters Local 855 rallied outside Cabot Ford Lincoln on Kenmount Road today to bring added attention to their ongoing labour dispute.

President of the Local, Roger Spracklin says the dealership’s technicians walked off the job on August 8 and have been without a contract for over a year.

Spracklin says the employer has not budged when it comes to wages.

He says inflation and interest rates continue to rise, yet “this employer wants us to accept the status quo on a wage increase. It doesn’t cut it.”
