A 32-year-old Sheshatshiu man has been charged with attempted murder following a violent assault in the community over the weekend.
George Pastitshi was arrested on Saturday and charged with attempted murder, aggravated assault, uttering threats, break and enter, damage to property, possession of a weapon dangerous to the public, and failing to comply with a release order.
The investigation continues.
