A 55-year-old man is dead as the result of a single-vehicle crash on the Burgeo Highway Monday afternoon.
RCMP say the crash occurred around 4:15 near Top Pond. Police say the vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane and left the road, crashing into the opposing ditch.
The driver, who was alone in the vehicle, died at the scene.
The investigation continues.
