RCMP in Bay St. George have issued an arrest warrant for 35-year-old Archibald Billard in relation to a recent theft in Stephenville.
Police say Billard is charged in connection with the theft of over $1,200 in Milwaukee power tools from Napa Auto Parts in Stephenville on Monday.
Billard is also wanted on a list of previous charges including two counts of theft under $5,000, theft over $5,000, flight from police, and damage to property.
