A St. George’s man is facing impaired driving charges after driving his ATV onto a neighbour’s property and crashing the machine into a parked car.
RCMP were called and surveillance footage and witness statements led them to a nearby home where the described ATV was located. Police say the man showed signs of impairment and breath samples taken were nearly twice the legal limit.
The ATV was seized and impounded and the man’s license was suspended.
