Snow, at times heavy, on the Burin Peninsula has created a messy Saturday commute in the Marystown area.
Snow squalls have knocked out traffic lights at the Tim Hortons/Sobeys intersection near Columbia Drive, and it may take until Monday to get them fixed.
Earlier today, the fire department responded to a collision at the intersection of Routes 210 and 220.
RCMP suggest to stay off the roads if possible.
