Time is running out to get in on the VOCM Cares 50/50 cash draw, with the jackpot now at $155,000 and climbing.
Today is the final day to purchase tickets, with all proceeds supporting communities and charities across Newfoundland and Labrador.
Sarah Newell, Development Coordinator with the VOCM Cares Foundation, says the growing jackpot is expected to surge in the final hours. “With our half, it will primarily go into our program funding as well as our community services,” she explains. “That includes support for 50 Plus Clubs, Boys and Girls Clubs, and even recent funding for a Search and Rescue group—anything related to health, safety, education.”
