Wildlife enforcement officials are seeking the public’s help in their investigation into a recent poaching incident near Jonathan’s Pond just north of Gander.
Officers found the remains of a cow moose next to the Gander Bay Road within provincial park boundaries.
The incident is believed to have occurred between 6:30 and 8:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 11th.
It is illegal to kill a moose within a provincial park.
