The RNC have arrested and charged two men in connection with the death of a man on Empire Avenue this week.
The man’s body was discovered in a home Sunday evening and police seized a car believed to be involved on Anthony Avenue.
Two men, 42-year-old Darryl Little and 28-year-old Peter Campbell, have been arrested and charged with murder and firearms-related offences.
Campbell was arrested around 10:30 last night at a home on Rotary Drive, while Little was arrested this morning at a home on Druken Crescent.
They appeared in court this morning and were remanded pending their next court appearance January 14th.
A police operation on Carter’s Hill last night was also related to the ongoing investigation and while there were no charges laid in relation to that location, the property is the subject of further investigation.
