RCMP have arrested Justin King of Western Bay in relation to multiple break and enters and a variety of other Criminal Code charges as part of an ongoing effort overseeing offenders released into the community on court orders.
The 34-year-old man, identified by police as a ‘prolific offender’ was arrested at his home last Thursday for a violation of his court-ordered release conditions.
A search of his home recovered stolen property connected to multiple break-ins and thefts in the Conception Bay North area between December of 2025 and February 1st.
King is facing numerous charges including 3 counts of break and enter, 2 counts of possession of stolen property, one count of theft over $5,000, and driving while prohibited. He’s also facing three counts each of failing to comply with a release order, and failing to comply with a probation order. He’s also facing a single count of failing to comply with an emergency protection order.
He’s being held in custody pending his next court appearance February 13th.
