Police are on the lookout for a man who took off during attempts to pull him over yesterday.
RCMP in Clarenville tried to stop a black 2014 Ford Mustang yesterday afternoon, however the driver floored it towards Terra Nova National Park.
An advisory was issued and the vehicle was later located in Charlottetown just before suppertime.
The driver, 50-year-old Darrin Frederick Hobbs, remains on the lam. Hobbs is wanted on charges of assault causing bodily harm, dangerous driving, flight from police and three counts of failure to comply with a release order.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Hobbs is asked to call 911.
