Legislation establishing the province’s first Disability Advocate has passed another major step.
Legislation to create the legal framework for the position was read for a third time last night, and is now slated for royal assent.

Earlier this month, Premier Tony Wakeham said he wanted to move the bill through quickly, given growing calls for the position.
