RCMP in Bay St. George have arrested a man they call a repeat offender in connection with a theft from a grocery store in Stephenville.
RCMP say 32-year-old Dylan Rubia was arrested without incident after police were alerted to a theft at Dominion. The stolen items have been recovered.
Rubia has been charged with theft under $5,000, and failing to comply with a probation order – which included conditions to stay out of the store.
He was held to appear in court today.
