Three women were arrested on outstanding warrants as the result of a major police operation on Spencer Street in St. John’s yesterday.
RNC and members of the Tactical Response Team descended on the centre city street yesterday morning and used a battering ram to gain entry to the home.
Two of the women arrested were held pending a court appearance while the third was released to appear in court at a later date.
A small quantity of pills and other drug paraphernalia was seized, along with two BB guns, however police say the investigation continues.
