The RNC has confirmed that an incident which occurred at the Sobey’s on Topsail Road last week was not criminal in nature.
First responders rushed to the scene last Thursday following reports of a medical emergency in the area.
A 73-year-old man was sent to hospital as a result.
RNC say the investigation has concluded, and no charges are expected.
