One person was sent to hospital after being struck by an ATV on the Bauline Line.
RNC say the incident occurred around 5:00 Sunday afternoon.
The pedestrian was sent to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
RNC Collision Reconstructionists were called in to help with the investigation.
Police say the 40-year-old driver of the ATV was handed a ticket for operating with a suspended licence.
Tickets were also issued under the Off-Road Vehicles Act, and the ATV was seized.
The Constabulary is asking anyone who is aware of dangerous or impaired driving to contact police by calling 911, or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
