One person was sent to hospital after being struck by an ATV on the Bauline Line.
RNC say the incident occurred around 5:00 Sunday afternoon.
The pedestrian was sent to hospital with serious, but non-life threatening injuries.
RNC Collision Reconstructionists were called in to help with the investigation.
Police say the 40-year-old driver of the ATV was handed a ticket for operating with a suspended licence.
Tickets were also issued under the Off-Road Vehicles Act, and the ATV was seized.
