A service outage affecting southern Labrador means that some Bell customers in the region are unable to call 911 in the event of an emergency.
Service was disrupted when a truck damaged a fibre line in the region.
Bell says it is working on restoring service as quickly as possible. The current estimated time of restoration is 11:00 p.m.
Those who require emergency services are asked to call their local police, fire department or ambulance directly or show up in-person.
