The RNC is seeking the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old girl reported missing from the capital city.
Police say Emma Rideout was last seen in the downtown. She was searing black shorts and a black hoodie.
Rideout is 5 feet tall and 95 pounds with green/purple/blue hair and blue eyes.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Emma Rideout is asked to contact the RNC at 709-729-8000 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
