The Growlers ended their record four-game losing streak last night, taking a 4-1 victory over the Maine Mariners.

The Mariners tried to make a comeback, scoring one early in the second. But Zach O’Brien answered back scoring their fourth and final goal of the game in the second period.

The Growlers will continue their five-game road trip in Florida this Friday against the Everblades. The puck will drop at 9:00 p.m. Newfoundland time.
