Western Health is implementing an appointment based service for blood collection.
Anyone who requires blood work for chemotherapy, transplant, and INR monitoring can call for an appointment.
These individuals must provide the following information when booking appointments: name, MCP, telephone number and physician name.
Patients will be screened for COVID-19.
Appointments for outpatient emergency blood work will be arranged through physicians’ or nurse practitioners’ offices.
Appointments can be made between Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. at the following locations:
