A Harbour Grace man is facing impaired driving charges after narrowly missing a woman walking a dog on Water Street in Harbour Grace this morning.
RCMP received the complaint around 8:30 this morning and located the 66-year-old driver in question.
Police say the man’s breath samples were nearly three times the legal limit.
His vehicle was seized and licence was suspended. He’s due to appear in court at a later date on impaired driving charges.
