The province’s schools will be reopening for teachers only next week to wrap up what has been an unusual school year.
Education Minsiter Brian Warr says teachers will be allowed back in schools on June 1st to prepare final report cards and start planning for the next school year.
It will also allow teachers what are being called critical professional learning opportunities in areas of technology and virtual learning.
The school year for students ends Friday, June 5th. Final marks will be issued during the week of June 22nd.
