Shopping, socializing and even business meetings have all moved to a virtual setting in the last few months, and the increased online activity raises questions about added exposure to scams and threats to personal privacy.
President and CEO of the Better Business Bureau, Peter Moorhouse, says the risk is greater the more exposure you have.
Add to that the fact that many of us are not operating the way we normally would, which increases the risk further.

Moorhouse admits we’re all a little off-balance because of the current circumstances.
He says everything from work, to child care to grocery shopping is completely different, leaving us a little more vulnerable to making the kinds of decisions we might not normally make.
