A 19-year-old man’s license is suspended after he was stopped in St. John’s for driving almost twice the legal limit.
The RNC clocked the vehicle on the Pitts Memorial at a speed of 192 km/h.
The driver has been issued a ticket for driving more than 51 km/h over the speed limit.
His vehicle was impounded.
