Another tourism operator in the province has seen significant changes to their summer plans.
Sean Sullivan owns Sullivan’s Songhouse in Calvert which puts off kitchen parties twice a week in an old fashion kitchen. He says people come from all over to experience the intimate affair.
Sullivan says 25 people participate at a time which means they are shoulder to shoulder. He says the atmosphere is beautiful but with COVID-19 it will be impossible to recreate.
Sullivan says this would have been their forth year in operation, and his business normally has a wait list .
Sullivan says if restrictions are still in place this summer, he doesn’t think it will be worth opening for the season. However, he says when COVID-19 restrictions are lifted many people will be eager to visit.
